Beluga Caviar for me is way more precious than just a delicacy. The sensational taste of Beluga reminds me of a breath of the Caspian sea. The elusive and rich flavor takes me back to our summer house near the sea. The smell of the orange trees and flowers from the garden, dance of the fig leaves in the summer breeze, the local fisheries that delivered the most noble Caviar at the door and the glimpse in my dad’s eyes when having fresh Beluga for breakfast.
