You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after submitting your order to caviar.nu. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please check your spam folder first and, if nothing has been received there either, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please remember to give your name, phone number, e-mail and order date when contacting us. Please contact our customer service via info@caviar.nu before placing a new order.
Caviar.nu uses a secure payment system where you can pay by card or make a partial payment through Klarna or Swish (only available in Sweden).
All our orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering or as per the selected delivery date at checkout.
Every order is packed in thermal packaging using gel pads that keep food at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours.
Make sure you receive your order in person, open the thermal packaging immediately upon receipt and place the caviar in the refrigerator. Caviar.nu is not responsible for missed deliveries, delays caused by the transport partner, or packages not picked up in time from a postal agent. For any inquiries regarding the delivery, please contact DHL, UPS, or TNT directly.
Caviar does not qualify for returns or the right to cancel. Your return and/or reimbursement for non-food items will be verified and processed as soon as the return is received. Please note that it can take 2 to 3 business days until the amount is in your account. The return process and inspection of the goods may take up to 2 weeks.
Currently we only deliver within the EU.
